We run our tours daily according to your schedule. Let us know what date works best for you.
Your Virginia Wine Tour will begin at 10am or you can choose an afternoon excursion with a pick up at 1pm from the location of your choice.

A brief overview of the history of American winemaking to help get you ready for your tour via e-mail

A few days prior to your wine tour, we will e-mail to you and other parties of your group, a detailed itinerary to include an overview of the wineries you will visit, suggestions on what to wear and bring with you.

We will supply water to keep you hydrated during your tour and lunch is included in our 4 and 5 stop tours.

Interaction with winery principals & a tour of a winery, barrel room or vineyard

Unlimited tastings of wine, including all reserve tastings

A knowledgable Wine Tours of Virginia staff member will escort you throughout the day to ensure your day is enjoyable and memorable. They will give you history about our area, give an overview of the winery, the winemaker and discuss the industry in general. Your guide will ensure your purchases are loaded into the vehicle.

Cancellation Policy We understand that things can happen. Someone gets sick, a flight gets cancelled, or your boss doesn't let you go as planned. We have a very liberal cancellation policy. If you cancel for any reason 7 or more days in advance of your excursion, then we return your money, in full, no questions asked. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, then we give you one full year to reschedule your wine experience. We are dedicated to ensuring that all of our wine tours in Virginia are the best possible experience.
